基于CiteSpace的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者认知功能障碍相关研究的可视化分析OA
Visual analysis of research related to cognitive dysfunction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on CiteSpace
目的 明确慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者认知功能障碍的研究现状、热点与趋势.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网自建库至2025年6月15日发表的相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入469篇文献,发文量整体呈波动性增长;发文量超8篇的作者共7人,分别为王红阳、戈艳蕾、刘聪辉、张嘉宾、付爱双、陈长香、李立群;机构共现网络以华北理工大学附属医院为核心;关键词分析显示研究热点集中于COPD、认知功能、肺功能、影响因素、老年人等,研究前沿聚焦于肺康复、老年、影响因素分析及25-羟维生素D.结论 COPD患者认知功能障碍研究稳步发展,建议加强影响因素研究、基于老年综合评估的多学科非药物干预研究及脑功能监测,提升患者生活质量.
Objective To clarify the current research status,hotspots and trends of cognitive dysfunction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods The relevant literatures published from CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP from the self-built database until June 15,2025 were retrieved.The CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was used to conduct a visual analysis of the included literatures.Results A total of 469 literatures were identified,and the overall number of published papers showed a fluctuating growth.There were a total of 7 authors who had published more than 8 articles,namely Wang Hongyang,Ge Yanlei,Liu Conghui,Zhang Jiabin,Fu Aishuang,Chen Changxiang and Li Liqun.The institutional co-occurrence network centered on the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology.Keyword analysis revealed research hotspots centered on COPD,cognitive function,pulmonary function,influencing factors,and the elderly,while research frontiers focused on pulmonary rehabilitation,geriatrics,influencing factors,and 25-hydroxyvitamin D.Conclusion Research on cognitive dysfunction in patients with COPD has been steadily developing.It is suggested to strengthen the study of influencing factors,multidisciplinary non-pharmacological intervention research based on comprehensive geriatric assessment,and brain function monitoring to improve the quality of life of patients.
