针刺对肝郁型腹型肥胖合并高脂血症患者内脏脂肪指数及脂质代谢的影响OA

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture on visceral adiposity index(VAI)and lipid metabolism in patients with abdominal obesity of liver depression type complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 126 patients with abdominal obesity of liver depression type complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to the First Hospital of Changsha from September 2023 to September 2025 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and acupuncture group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and sham acupuncture intervention,while the acupuncture group was given conventional treatment and acupuncture treatment.The therapeutic effects of weight loss,lipid reduction and liver depression syndrome,VAI,waist circumference(WC),lipid metabolism indicators and adverse reactions were compared between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rates of weight loss,lipid reduction and liver depression syndrome in acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAI,WC,and levels of apolipoprotein(Apo)E,triglycerides and ApoB in acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the level of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients(x2=0.259,P=0.611).Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively treat patients with abdominal obesity of liver depression type complicated with hyperlipidemia,reduce VAI,improve lipid metabolism disorders,and has good safety.
