有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(implantable collamer lens,ICL)植入术[如后房型 ICL、PRL(posterior chamber-phakic refractive lens)、龙晶 PR(phakic refractive)等植入术]是矫正近视及近视散光的主要手术方式之一,因其具有良好的安全性、有效性,已在国内外广泛应用.为规范该手术的技术操作和质量控制,本团体标准系统规定了开展手术的基本要求、适应证与禁忌证,制定了详细的手术操作流程及质量控制标准,并明确了术中及术后并发症的预防与处理措施.还强调了医疗机构资质、设备配置、人员培训及术后随访管理的要求,旨在为该技术的临床应用提供标准化指导,确保手术安全性和疗效.
Posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation(including the implantable collamer lens[ICL],posterior chamber phakic refractive lens[PRL],and Longjing phakic refractive lens[Longjing PR])is one of the primary surgical approaches for the correct of myopia and myopic astigmatism,widely performed both domestically and internationally due to its proven safety and efficacy.To standardize the technical execution and quality control of this procedure,this group standard systematically outlines the essential requirements,indications,and contraindications,establishes a detailed surgical protocol and quality control criteria,and defines strategies for the prevention and management of intraoperative and postoperative complications.Additionally,the document addresses institutional qualifications,equipment specifications,personnel training,and postoperative follow-up management.The standard aims to provide structured guidance for the clinical application of this technique,ensuring surgical safety and optimal visual outcomes.
