Prevention of deep vein thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty:effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction that is a Qi-promoting and stasis-removing traditional Chinese medicine
背景:深静脉血栓是临床常见的血管疾病,补阳还五汤作为一种传统中药方剂,在治疗深静脉血栓方面显示出潜在疗效. 目的:采用CNKI文献计量分析行气祛瘀冲剂(从补阳还五汤化裁而来)防治深静脉血栓的研究趋势和热点. 方法:在CNKI中检索补阳还五汤防治深静脉血栓的相关文献,检索时限为数据库建库至2025-12-31,采用文献共被引、关键词聚类和突现词探测等方法揭示该领域的知识基础、研究热点及前沿进展. 结果与结论:补阳还五汤在改善血液循环、抗凝血及炎症反应等方面具有显著效果,相关机制涉及多种生物活性成分及协同作用.当前研究热点集中在补阳还五汤的药理机制、临床应用及安全性评估等方面.未来研究应进一步探讨补阳还五汤与其他治疗方法的联合应用,优化其临床应用方案,并深入探究其作用机制,为深静脉血栓的综合治疗提供科学依据.
BACKGROUND:Deep vein thrombosis is a common clinical vascular disease.Buyang Huanwu Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine formula,has shown potential efficacy in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the research trends and hotspots in the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis with Qi-promoting and stasis-removing granules(derived from Buyang Huanwu Decoction)through a CNKI bibliometric analysis. METHODS:Relevant literature on Buyang Huanwu Decoction for the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis was retrieved from the CNKI database,with the search period spanning from database inception to December 31,2025.Methods such as document co-citation analysis,keyword clustering,and burst term detection were employed to reveal the knowledge base,research hotspots,and frontier advances in this field. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Buyang Huanwu Decoction exhibits significant effects in improving blood circulation,anticoagulation,and inflammatory responses.The related mechanisms involve multiple bioactive components and their synergistic actions.Current research hotspots focus on the pharmacological mechanisms,clinical applications,and safety evaluation of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.Future studies should further explore the combined application of Buyang Huanwu Decoction with other therapeutic approaches,optimize its clinical application protocols,and delve deeper into its mechanisms of action,thereby providing a scientific basis for the comprehensive treatment of deep vein thrombosis.
