父母代理健康焦虑量表的汉化及信效度检验OA
Sinicization of the Health Anxiety by Proxy Scale and its reliability and validity test
目的:汉化父母代理健康焦虑量表(HAPYS)并检验其信效度.方法:获取原量表作者授权后,遵循Brislin模型对父母代理健康焦虑量表进行翻译和回译,同时采用专家函询与预调查法进行跨文化调适,形成中文版父母代理健康焦虑量表.采用便利抽样法,选取2024年11月—12月320名在广东省某三级甲等医院就诊和线上社交平台完成问卷调查的儿童父母为研究对象,采用中文版父母代理健康焦虑量表进行调查,测量量表的信效度.结果:中文版父母代理健康焦虑量表包含3个维度,共26个条目,第2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率为100%,专家权威系数为0.91,肯德尔协调系数为0.22(P<0.05).中文版父母代理健康焦虑量表水平的内容效度指数为0.976,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.875～1.000.验证性因子分析模型拟合度良好:卡方自由度比(χ2/ν)=1.52,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.90,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.97,递增拟合指数(IFI)=0.97,Tucker-Lewis指数(TLI)=0.97,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.04.量表各维度组合信度(CR)为 0.89～0.94,平均提取方差值为 0.54～0.59.量表各维度间相关系数为0.60,0.67,0.69,均小于相应维度的平均提取方差值平方根(0.74,0.76,0.77).量表的 Cronbach's α系数为 0.96,折半系数为0.88,重测信度为0.96.结论:中文版父母代理健康焦虑量表具有良好的信效度,可以作为评估我国父母对儿童的健康过度担忧和行为的评估工具.
Objective:To translate the Health Anxiety by Proxy Scale into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:After obtaining the authorization of the author of the original scale,the Health Anxiety by Proxy Scale was translated and back-translated following the Brislin model.At the same time,expert inquiry and pre-survey methods were used for cross-cultural adaptation to form a Chinese version of the Health Anxiety by Proxy Scale.Using the convenience sampling method,a total of 320 parents of children who visited a tertiary Grade A hospital in Guangdong province and completed the survey on an online social media platform from November to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The Chinese version of the Health Anxiety by Proxy Scale was used for the investigation to test its reliability and validity.Results:The Chinese version of the Health Anxiety by Proxy Scale comprised 3 dimensions and 26 items.The effective response rates in the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were 100%,with expert authority coefficient of 0.91 and Kendall coordination coefficient of 0.22(P<0.05).The scale-level content validity index was 0.976.The item-level content validity index of the Chinese version of the Health Anxiety by Proxy Scale ranged from 0.875 to 1.000.The confirmatory factor analysis model had a good fit:χ2/ν=1.52,GFI=0.90,CFI=0.97,IFI=0.97,TLI=0.97,RMSEA=0.04.The composite reliability(CR)of each dimension of the scale ranged from 0.89 to 0.94.The average variance extracted values were 0.54-0.59.The correlation coefficients between the dimensions of the scale were 0.60,0.67,and 0.69,all of which were smaller than the square root of the average variance extracted values of the corresponding dimensions(0.74,0.76,0.77).The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.96.The split-half reliability was 0.88.The test-retest reliability was 0.96.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the Health Anxiety by Proxy Scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool to assess parents'excessive concerns and behaviors towards their children's health in China.
