护士健康科普知信行量表的编制及信效度检验OA

Objective:To develop a Nurses'Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Scale for Health Science Popularization and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Based on the theory of knowledge,attitude and practice,and combined with the results of literature review,group discussions,expert inquiry,and pre-survey,the Nurses'Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Scale for Health Science Popularization was formed.From April to May 2025,a convenience sampling method was used to select 691 nurses from three hospitals in Jiangsu province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as survey subjects to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Nurses'Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Scale for Health Science Popularization included 3 dimensions and 38 items.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.992.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.882 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 78.179%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.977.The split-half reliability was 0.818.Conclusions:The Nurses'Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Scale for Health Science Popularization constructed in this study has good reliability and validity.It could be used as an effective evaluation tool to assess the current status of nurses'health science popularization knowledge,attitudes,and practice.
