In the boiler system of copper smelting plants,the water quality index of desalinated water is crucial.It is not only a key factor determining the water quality of the boiler,but also a core index for equipment safety,process efficiency,and environmental compliance.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly control the water quality based on the characteristics of the process to ensure that the water quality meets the standards.This article mainly analyzes and discusses the problem of abnormal water quality in the desalinated water system of copper smelters from various aspects such as reagents,operating procedures,parameters,and resins,and ultimately develops a solution.
