基于行为改变轮理论的直立性低血压患者管理最佳证据总结OA

Objective To evaluate and integrate the best evidence for the management of orthostatic hypotension,to provide a refer-ence for clinicians and patients with orthostatic hypotension.Methods We systematically searched UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,and other relevant databases for literature regarding orthostatic hypotension management,including guideline,expert consensus,sys-tematic review and clinical decision.The search period spanned from database inception to March 1,2026.Literature quality evalua-tion and evidence extraction were performed by 4 researchers.We adopted the Behaviour Change Wheel(BCW)as the theoretical framework to map evidence items to the capability-opportunity-motivation dimensions and classify them by intervention functions.Results Thirteen articles were included,including one guideline,four expert consensuses,one clinical decision-making and seven systematic reviews.A total of 22 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 10 aspects,and a BCW-based classification framework was developed.Conclusion The summarized best evidence for provide clinicians with an evidence-based basis for the scientific management of patients with orthostatic hypotension,and helps to reduce morbidity and improve patients'quality of life.
