基于Nursing Philosophy期刊文献的护理哲学研究现状可视化分析OA

Objective To visually analyze the literature published in Nursing Philosophy,clarify the knowledge structure and devel-opmental trajectory of nursing philosophy research,and provide a reference for constructing a localized nursing philosophy system.Methods The Web of Science Core Collection was searched from the journal's inception to April 8,2026.Bibliometric analysis was performed using Bibliometrix and VOSviewer to characterize external developmental features in terms of countries,institutions,au-thors,and co-authorship networks.Keyword co-occurrence and document co-citation analyses were combined to reveal the internal knowledge structure and research trajectory.Results A total of 902 articles were retrieved,of which 566 were included.The results showed that international collaboration exhibited spatial heterogeneity,and was mainly concentrated in Canada,the United States,Aus-tralia,and Sweden.Researchers largely worked independently,and the overall breadth of collaboration was insufficient.Research themes focused on five dimensions of ethics,methodology,epistemology,embodied reflection,and spiritual care,and the discipline was incorporating ideas from diverse schools of thought including humanism,post-structuralism,and post-humanism to enrich its theoreti-cal connotations and critical dimensions.Conclusion Drawing on the journal of Nursing Philosophy as its core data source,nursing philosophy research is characterized by Western dominance,a loose co-authorship network,diverse theoretical resources,and growing methodological self-awareness.International nursing philosophy is predominantly grounded in meta-theoretical construction,charac-terized by a dual focus on theory-driven inquiry and individual existence,and manifests its disciplinary subjectivity through diverse in-terdisciplinary research.This suggests that nursing discipline in China should strengthen meta-theoretical awareness,consolidate the disciplinary foundation through philosophical reasoning and critical thinking,and,ground itself in China's culture heritage,construct locally appropriate theoretical frameworks,and cultivate interdisciplinary research teams,so as to strengthen China's voice in global ac-ademia.
