简版护士围手术期护理能力感知量表的汉化及在手术室护士中的信效度检验OA

Objective To cross-culturally adapt the Short-Form Perceived Perioperative Competence Scale-Revised(PPCS-R-SF)into Chinese and to evaluate its reliability and validity among operating room nurses in China.Methods Following the Brislin transla-tion model,the PPCS-R-SF was subjected to forward translation,back-translation,expert review,and a pilot survey to develop the Chinese version.Using convenience sampling,435 operating room nurses from Wuxi were recruited between June and December 2024.The psychometric properties of the scale were evaluated through item analysis,confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),and reliability and validity testing.Results The Chinese PPCS-R-SF comprised 6 dimensions and 18 items.The overall Cronbach's α was 0.948,with dimension-level Cronbach's α ranging from 0.796 to 0.901,and test-retest reliability was 0.835.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.875 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.960.CFA indicated an acceptable overall fit for the six-factor model.Composite reliability across dimensions ranged from 0.797 to 0.886,and the average variance extracted(AVE)ranged from 0.568 to 0.722.The square roots of AVE for each dimension exceeded the corresponding inter-dimension correla-tion coefficients,supporting acceptable convergent and discriminant validity.Conclusion The Chinese PPCS-R-SF demonstrates good internal consistency,content validity,structural validity,convergent validity,and discriminant validity,as well as acceptable tem-poral stability.It may serve as a preliminary instrument for assessing perceived perioperative nursing competence among operating room nurses in China;however,further validation is warranted across different regions,hospital tiers,and operating room nurse subgroups.
