积极老龄化视域下老年大学死亡教育课程体系构建OA
Construction of a death education curriculum system in senior university from the perspective of active aging
目的 构建积极老龄化视域下老年大学死亡教育课程体系.方法 在文献研究和理论分析的基础上拟订初稿,采用德尔菲法对来自全国11个省市的高校及医院的18名专家进行2轮函询.结果 2轮函询的问卷回收率分别为90%、100%,意见提出率分别为94%、83%;专家权威系数分别为0.914、0.917;变异系数分别为0～0.224、0.048～0.194;肯德尔协调系数分别为0.091、0.092(P<0.001).最终确立的死亡教育课程体系包括一级指标4个,二级指标11个,三级指标58个.结论 本研究构建的积极老龄化视域下老年大学死亡教育课程体系具有较好的科学性、可靠性、实用性和可行性,可为老年人死亡教育实践提供重要参考.
Objective To construct a death education curriculum system in senior university from the perspective of active aging.Methods Based on literature research and theoretical analysis,a preliminary draft of the curriculum system was constructed,and two rounds of Delphi consultations were conducted with 18 experts from universities and hospitals across 11 provinces and municipalities in China.Results The response rates for the two rounds of consultation were 90%and 100%;the opinion-submission rates 94%and 83%,and the expert authority coefficients 0.914 and 0.917,respectively.The coefficients of variation ranged from 0 to 0.224 and from 0.048 to 0.194,and the Kendall's coefficients were 0.091 and 0.092(P<0.001),respectively.The final death education curriculum sys-tem consisted of 4 first-level,11 second-level and 58 third-level indicators.Conclusion The death education curriculum system in senior university from the perspective of active aging constructed in this study is scientific,practical and feasible,which could provide valuable references for death education in the elderly.
