血清miR-148a、miR-1244联合磁共振成像检查对卵巢癌的诊断价值OA

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum miR-148a and miR-1244 combined with magnetic resonance imaging in ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 108 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the ovarian cancer group,and 102 patients with benign ovarian disease admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected as the benign ovari-an disease group.Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the serum levels of miR-148a and miR-1244 in all subjects.Baseline data of ovarian cancer patients were collected.The diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging combined with serum miR-148a and miR-1244 in ovarian canc-er was analyzed by diagnostic four-grid table.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of serum miR-148a and miR-1244 in ovarian cancer.Kappa test was used to ana-lyze the consistency of magnetic resonance imaging examination,serum miR-148a,miR-1244 alone or in com-bination with pathological examination in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Results The serum levels of miR-148a and miR-1244 in the ovarian cancer group were lower than those in the benign ovarian disease group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The serum levels of miR-148a and miR-1244 in pa-tients with age＜60 years old,International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,TNM stage Ⅱ,and moderate and high differentiation were higher than those in patients with age ≥60 years old,FIGO stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,TNM stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,and low differentiation,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the best cut-off value of serum miR-148a for the diagno-sis of ovarian cancer was 0.97,and the best cut-off value of serum miR-1244 for the diagnosis of ovarian canc-er was 0.92.The results of magnetic resonance imaging combined with serum miR-148a and miR-1244 were highly consistent with the results of pathological examination,and the Kappa value was 0.847(P＜0.05).Compared with magnetic resonance imaging,miR-148a and miR-1244 alone,the sensitivity and accuracy of the combination of the three in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum miR-148a and miR-1244 in patients with ovarian canc-er are decreased.Magnetic resonance imaging examination,miR-148a and miR-1244 combined diagnosis of o-varian cancer is better than single diagnosis.
