耐心资本对农业新质生产力的影响研究OACHSSCD

From the perspective of farmers as the micro-subjects of agricultural management,this study constructs an indicator system for patient capital and new quality productive forces in agriculture using the entropy weight method based on the survey data of 559 large-scale farmers from 10 counties in Jiangxi Province.Subsequently,Tobit regression,mediation effect model,and moderating effect model are constructed to explore the effects of patient capital on farmers'new quality productive forces in agriculture and the underlying mechanisms.The results show that patient capital promotes the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture,which remains valid after robustness tests and endogeneity handling.Mediation effect tests indicate that patient capital promotes the branding of agricultural products among farmers,thereby facilitating the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture.Moderation effect tests reveal that the acquisition of digital information strengthens the role of patient capital in promoting the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture.Heterogeneity analysis demonstrates that where the main terrain types of various administrative villages and the financing behaviors of farmers differ,there exist significant differences in the facilitating effect of patient capital.Therefore,efforts should be stepped up to guide and support patient capital,improve the flexibility of policy support,advance the branding of agricultural products,and enhance farmers'ability to access digital information.
