Fostering new quality productive forces and building a strong agricultural nation are both important innovative theories and strategic initiatives advanced by China at a critical juncture after securing comprehensive moderate prosperity and embarking on a new journey toward comprehensive modernization.This paper elaborates on the connotations and vital values of innovative concepts including new quality productive forces,agricultural new quality productive forces,and a strong agricultural nation.It analyzes the internal mechanism through which new quality productive forces act on agricultural production factors,as well as the specific paths to empowering the construction of a strong agricultural nation.Therefore,centering on the four major systems,the agricultural industrial system,production system,operation system,and market system,the paper conducts an empirical analysis of the paths for targeted empowerment of new quality productive forces.It proposes ideas,countermeasures and suggestions for empowering the development of a strong agricultural nation via new quality productive forces.
