AI赋能名师培养新部落:核心特征、构建机理与实践路向OACHSSCD

In the era of artificial intelligence(AI),it is imperative to transform the cultivation of master teachers from bureaucratic"institutional communities"to organic"new tribes".The form of"new tribes"for master teacher development presents three core characteristics:value reorientation through interest-based connection,cultural construction through symbolic identity,and organizational evolution toward a liquid structure.Its internal con-struction mechanism reveals the consensus of"new tribes"for master teacher development achieved by AI in the dimensions of emotional connection,i-dentity recognition,and ritual interaction,namely the manifestation from algorithmic perception to empathy enhancement,the internalization from data portraits to meaning generation,and the activation from technical activities to digital etiquette.In terms of construction strategies,this study proposes three pathways:creating an AI-driven"empathy space"to lay the foundation for emotional trust of the tribe;constructing AI-supported"shared symbols"to consolidate the cultural identity of the tribe;and forging AI-collaborated"mutual trust conventions"to sustain the ecological vitality of the tribe,aiming to provide a new perspective for master teacher development in the AI era.
