老年人口腔衰弱影响因素及预测模型的研究进展OA
Research progress on influencing factors and prediction models of oral frailty in older adults
口腔衰弱作为老年人常见的老年综合征之一,与多种不良结局相关.本文对老年人口腔衰弱的流行病学特征、影响因素以及国内外口腔衰弱风险预测模型进行综述,并提出相应的启示,以期为临床工作者早期识别口腔衰弱高危人群、寻找老年口腔衰弱干预靶点提供理论依据.
As one of the common geriatric syndromes in older adults,oral frailty is associated with a variety of adverse outcomes.This article reviewed the epidemiological characteristics,influencing factors and domestic and international risk prediction models for oral frailty in older adults,and proposed the relevant implications,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical workers to identify high-risk groups of oral frailty at an early stage and search for intervention targets for oral frailty in older adults.
