数智化护理背景下护士核心素养培养中国专家共识OA
Chinese Expert Consensus on Core Competency Cultivation for Nurses in the Context of Digital-intelligent Nursing
目的 随着物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能(AI)及机器人技术在医疗领域的深度融合,护理学科正加速迈入"数智化"时代.本共识旨在系统构建适应未来医疗场景的护士核心素养框架.方法 遵循卫生保健实践指南报告规范(RIGHT),由国内护理学、护理信息学等领域专家成立工作组,通过系统检索文献并应用推荐分级评估、制定与评价系统(GRADE)工具进行证据分级,运用德尔菲专家函询法达成共识.结果 本共识系统界定了数智化背景下护士核心素养的概念内涵与"认知-技能-思维-价值(C-S-T-V)"四维框架,厘清了素养的执业边界,并从院校教育、临床规培、继续教育、要素支撑体系等维度提出了全生命周期培养路径与量化评价指标.结论 针对基层推广的现实适配性,本共识结合多中心实证研究项目提出了分层分类量化评价指标与分步推广策略,为全国各级医疗机构及护理院校的人才培养提供了标准化、科学化的指引.
Objective With the deep integration of the internet of things,big data,cloud compu-ting,artificial intelligence(AI),and robotic technologies in the medical field,the nursing discipline is rapidly entering the era of digital-intelligent nursing.This consensus aims to systematically construct a core competency framework for nurses suited to future healthcare scenarios.Methods Following the Reporting Items for Practice Guidelines in Healthcare(RIGHT),a working group comprising experts in nursing,nursing informatics,and related fields was established.Evidence was systemati-cally retrieved and graded using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and E-valuation(GRADE)system,and consensus was reached through the Delphi expert consultation method.Results This consensus systematically defines the conceptual connotation of nurses' core competency in the context of digital-intelligent nursing and establishes a four-dimensional framework of"cognition-skill-thinking-value"(C-S-T-V).It clarifies the professional boundaries of these com-petencies and proposes a full life-cycle cultivation pathway and quantitative evaluation indicators from the dimensions of academic education,clinical standardized training,continuing education,and support systems.Conclusion To address the practical adaptability of grassroots promotion,this consensus,combined with multicenter empirical research projects,proposes hierarchical and catego-rized quantitative evaluation indicators and a stepwise promotion strategy,providing standardized and scientific guidance for talent cultivation in medical institutions and nursing schools nationwide.
