青岛市邮轮旅游业高质量发展的法律保障研究OA

The international cruise tourism industry is a vital component of the marine economy.Taking Qingdao's cruise tourism as the case study,this paper applies the industry life cycle theory,a four-dimensional analytical framework,normative analysis and comparative analysis to identify the current development stage of Qingdao's cruise tourism industry.It argues that the industry has entered a stage of restorative growth and transitional cultivation.Driven by the opportunities arising from the industry's growth stage,Qingdao's cruise tourism industry has demonstrated strong development momentum.Further strengthening legal safeguards and advancing law-based governance have thus become a strategic priority.Qingdao should improve local legislation,establish a coordinated cross-departmental enforcement mechanism,strengthen professional judicial support and diversified dispute resolution,and enhance industry compliance through incentives and industry self-regulation,so as to facilitate the steady transition of its cruise tourism industry from scale recovery towards high-quality development.
