民乐县高标准农田建设创新实践与长效发展路径研究OA

To address the challenges of regional imbalance and weak maintenance in the construction of high-standard farmland in arid areas,and to support rural revitalization,taking Minle County in Gansu Province as the research object,this study systematically reviews the construction process and shortcomings from 2019 to 2023,and focuses on analyzing the innovative practices of the project in 2024.Through precise measures to address the weakpoints,mechanism innovation to break bottlenecks,and technological empowerment to enhance quality,the constructed models such as differentiated policy implementation and integrated construction and management have provided practical reference for ensuring food security and promoting agricultural modernization in arid regions.
