The article clearly defined the project’s construction tasks and scale,optimized the overall layout and measure design,elaborated on the current situation and hazards of soil erosion,and,in accordance with the requirements of the norms and the project characteristics,proposed to focus on improving the ecological environment of the soil erosion areas in the region,and adopt comprehensive management approach that integrating river regulation,trees and grass planting,and enclosure management.It emphasized ecological benefits,economic returns,and sustainable development,in implementing the small watershed soil and water conservation project construction in Pingyu County.
