聊城市东昌湖幸福河湖评价研究OA

In order to scientifically assess the current status of the happy river and lake construction in Dongchang Lake,this article,based on the"Work Plan for the Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Happy Rivers and Lakes Construction(Trial)"issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,has established an evaluation system consisting of 7 criterion layers and 15 indicator layers.The assessment was carried out through data analysis,on-site investigation,and quantitative calculation.The results show that the comprehensive score of Dongchang Lake is 83.25 points,which has not reached the standard for the happy river and lake.There are problems such as insufficient connection between lake areas,high water use intensity,and weakness in intelligent monitoring.The study proposed improvement measures.It can provide a governance model integrating"ecology,culture and technology"for lakes in water-scarce cities in northern China,and contribute to the harmonious development of people and water in the region.
