"三练四线"教学模式在综合演练中的探索与实践OA

Guided by training for real combat in this paper,in accordance with the full-process and all-element training requriements for comprehensive drills,following a step-by-step pedagogical approach,the comprehensive drills are divided into three phases in a progressive manner:individual equipment-based solo drills,subsystem-based team exerceses,and full-process adversarial drills.At each stage,teaching is progressvely structured along four integrated threads:teacher guidance,learner guidance,knowledge guidance and competency guidance.The students'engineering practical skills,professional readiness for job roles,and leadership capabilities in command and training organizaion are cultivated.This model,when applied to the comprehensive drills for undergraduates in the discipline,has demenstrated significant educational effectiveness in 2023 and 2024.It can provide reference and inspiration for comprehensive drills teaching of other professional courses and pracital courses.
