The Global Industrial Civilization in the 21st Century:The Diversity of the Global Genealogy and the Worldwide Significance of the Chinese Experience
基于对工业文明多样化形态的考察,突破单一西方叙事,构建TSC-GPP分析框架,从技术经济、社会制度、文化观念三个维度,以及地理资源禀赋条件、全球化路径依赖、政策选择三类影响因素,解析不同工业文明形态发展的普遍性与特殊性,阐释中国工业文明的特质、发展路径与经验借鉴价值.研究发现,工业文明发展遵循普遍规律,即追求技术经济增长、完善社会制度与延续文化传统;同时,受地理资源禀赋与全球化历史路径因素的调节,差异化的政策选择塑造了多样性的工业文明形态,并由此呈现出非均质的全球工业文明分布格局.20 世纪下半叶以来,新兴大国及越来越多的发展中国家加速融入全球工业文明体系,贡献了超越西方经验的文明智慧.中国工业文明独具特色,与各类工业文明关联紧密,于21 世纪全球工业文明格局中作用关键.中国实践表明,工业文明演进不仅与技术经济及社会制度的发展相关,更对应人的思想观念全面解放与社会文化整体进步的深层变革.中国秉持人民至上的根本价值立场、自信自立的宝贵精神品格、守正创新的辩证发展智慧、胸怀天下的时代责任担当,向世界传播与分享发展经验,作为全球工业文明建设者与守护者,矢志弥合发达国家与发展中国家之间的发展鸿沟.
This paper constructs the TSC-GPP analytical framework,which includes three dimensions and three categories of influencing factors to analyze the universality and particularity of different types of industrial civilization.The study reveals that the development of industrial civilization follows universal laws,namely the pursuit of technological-economic growth,the perfection of social institutions,and the continuation of cultural traditions.Meanwhile,affected by geographical resource endowments and the historical path of globalization,differentiated policy choices have shaped diverse forms of industrial civilization,resulting in a heterogeneous global distribution structure.Since the latter half of the 20th century,Global South countries have accelerated their integration into the global industrial civilization system,contributing wisdom that transcends Western experiences.This paper elucidates the distinctive characteristics,formation pathways,and the value of China's industrial civilization as a reference.China's industrial civilization possesses unique characteristics and maintains close connections with various civilizations,playing a pivotal role in the global landscape of industrial civilization in the 21st century.
