脑血管造影术患者益处发现与健康行为的关系:心理韧性的中介作用OA

Objective:To analyze the relationship between benefit discovery,healthy behavior and psychological resilience in patients undergoing cerebral angiography,and to construct a mediating model.Method:A total of 170 patients who underwent cerebral angiography in the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from February 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The general information of the patients was collected using the General information questionnaire,and the benefit discovery Scale(BFS)was used to evaluate the level of benefit discovery.The health behaviors and psychological resilience of the patients were evaluated respectively by using the Health-Promoting Lifestyle ScaleⅡ(HPLPⅡ)and the Psychological Resilience Rating Scale(CD-RISC).Based on the survey results,Pearson correlation analysis was conducted.The mediating role of psychological resilience was analyzed using the SPSS macro program Model-4,and the Bootstrap test was performed.Result:The effective rate of questionnaire recovery was 92.94％.The BFS score of patients undergoing cerebral angiography was(50.19±7.84)points,the HPLPⅡ score was(129.64±15.83)points,and the CD-RISC score was(71.56±11.82)points.The BFS score of patients undergoing cerebral angiography was positively correlated with the HPLPⅡ score(r=0.388)and the CD-RISC score(r=0.363),and the HPLPⅡscore was positively correlated with the CD-RISC score(r=0.374)(P<0.05).The mediating effect of psychological resilience in the benefit discovery and healthy behaviors of patients undergoing cerebral angiography was established,accounting for 28.26％of the total effect.Conclusion:Psychological resilience in patients undergoing cerebral angiography has a partial mediating effect in benefit discovery and healthy behaviors,and can indirectly promote healthy behaviors by enhancing psychological resilience.
