原发性骨关节炎发病危险因素的研究进展OA
Research Progress on Risk Factors for Onset of Primary Osteoarthritis
原发性骨关节炎(POA)是中老年常见的退行性关节疾病,以膝关节受累多见.其发病是机械应力、代谢紊乱与慢性低度炎症共同作用,致关节内稳态失衡,软骨细胞衰老、表观遗传异常亦参与其中.年龄、性别、肥胖、遗传为主要危险因素,高脂血症、营养、生物力学及职业劳动等亦有重要影响.本文综述其发病机制与危险因素,为早期预防、精准干预及临床防控提供理论参考.
Primary osteoarthritis(POA)is a common degenerative joint disease among middle-aged and elderly people,with knee joint involvement being the most frequent.The onset of the disease is caused by the combined effect of mechanical stress,metabolic disorders and chronic low-grade inflammation,leading to an imbalance in the homeostasis of the joints.The aging of chondrocytes and epigenetic abnormalities are also involved.Age,gender,obesity and genetics are the main risk factors,while hyperlipidemia,nutrition,biomechanics and occupational labor also have significant influences.This article reviews its pathogenesis and risk factors,providing theoretical references for early prevention,precise intervention and clinical control.
