甲钴胺、塞来昔布联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(肾虚血瘀证)的效果OA

Objective:To explore the effect of Mecobalamin,Celecoxib combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Method:A total of 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into control group(treated with Mecobalamin+Celecoxib)and experimental group(treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group)in a 1:1 ratio,with 49 cases in each group.Continuous treatment for 14 days.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lumbar spine functions[Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)lumbar spine score],pain conditions[short form McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score],and inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6)of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,ODI scores,and various SF-MPQ scores in the experimental group were lower,while the JOA lumbar spine score was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mecobalamin,Celecoxib combined with acupuncture can improve clinical symptoms,promote recovery of lumbar function,alleviate pain,and suppress inflammatory responses in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).
