排毒保肾丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性肾脏病合并高脂血症的临床研究OA
Clinical Study of Paidu Baoshen Pills Combined with Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Complicated with Hyperlipidemia
目的:探讨排毒保肾丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性肾脏病合并高脂血症的临床效果.方法:选取 2025 年 1-10 月九江市中医医院收治的 120 例慢性肾脏病合并高脂血症患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各 60 例.对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组给予排毒保肾丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗.比较两组的肾功能指标、血脂指标、心血管风险、临床疗效.结果:治疗 12 周后,观察组的 Scr与 BUN 低于对照组,估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)与肌酐清除率(Ccr)高于对照组,TC、TG 与 LDL-C低于对照组,心血管病变发生率低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用排毒保肾丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性肾脏病合并高脂血症能够显著提高患者的肾功能,抑制血脂水平,降低心血管风险,促进临床疗效提升.
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Paidu Baoshen Pills combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of chronic kidney disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Method:A total of 120 patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with hyperlipidemia in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2025 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Paidu Baoshen Pills combined with Rosuvastatin.The renal function indicators,blood lipid indicators,cardiovascular risk,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment,the Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)were higher than those in the control group,the TC,TG and LDL-C were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of cardiovascular lesions was lower than that in the control group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paidu Baoshen Pills combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of chronic kidney disease complicated with hyperlipidemia can significantly improve the renal function of patients,inhibit blood lipid levels,reduce cardiovascular risk,promote the improvement of clinical efficacy.
