精细化营养联合渐进式主动呼吸训练在食管癌手术患者中的应用OA

Objective:To explore the application effect of refined nutrition combined with progressive active breathing training in patients with esophageal cancer surgery.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients who underwent esophageal cancer surgery and were admitted to Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from April 2023 to April 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing plans,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given refined nutrition combined with progressive active breathing training on the basis of routine nursing.Both groups were intervened until 2 weeks after the operation.The nutritional status,immune function,pulmonary function and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:Two weeks after the operation,the serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of refined nutrition and progressive active breathing training can improve the postoperative nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer,enhance their immune function,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and alleviate their pulmonary function impairment.
