SBAR标准化沟通模式结合医护一体化护理对剖宫产术后患者的影响OA
The Impact of the SBAR Standardized Communication Model Combined with Integrated Medical and Nursing Care on Patients after Cesarean Section
目的:探讨现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)标准化沟通模式结合医护一体化护理对剖宫产术后患者的影响.方法:选取 2025 年 1-11 月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的 178 例剖宫产术后患者.采用随机数字表法分为两组,各 89 例.对照组行产科常规术后护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行 SBAR 标准化沟通模式结合医护一体化护理.比较两组心理状况、疼痛程度、生理应激反应指标及并发症发生情况.结果:术后 24、72 h,观察组 SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组(P<0.05).术后 6、12、24、48 h,观察组 VAS 评分低于对照组(P<0.05).术后 24、72 h,观察组 HR、SBP、DBP 水平低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:SBAR 标准化沟通模式结合医护一体化护理能有效缓解剖宫产术后患者的心理状况与生理应激反应,减轻疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率.
Objective:To explore the impact of the situation-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)standardized communication model combined with integrated medical and nursing care on patients after cesarean section.Method:A total of 178 patients after cesarean section admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January to November 2025 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 89 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative obstetric care,while the observation group received SBAR standardized communication model combined with integrated medical and nursing care on the basis of routine care.The psychological conditions,pain degrees,physiological stress response indicators and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:At 24 and 72 hours after the operation,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 6,12,24 and 48 hours after the operation,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 24 and 72 hours after the operation,the levels of HR,SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SBAR standardized communication model combined with integrated medical and nursing care can effectively alleviate the psychological status and physiological stress response of patients after cesarean section,reduce the degree of pain and lower the incidence of complications.
