白脉软膏联合冲击波治疗肩袖损伤的临床观察OA

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Baimai Ointment combined with shock wave in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Method:A total of 152 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to Ankang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2025 to January 2026 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.The research subjects were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with shock wave,while the study group was treated with Baimai Ointment combined with shock wave.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,degree of pain(VAS score),range of motion of the shoulder joint,shoulder joint function[simple shoulder test(SST)score,Constant-Murley shoulder joint scale(CMS)score],levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6)and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the VAS score,SST score,CMS score,TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6,and the range of motion of shoulder flexion,external rotation and internal rotation in the study group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Baimai Ointment combined with shock wave on rotator cuff injury is definite.It can effectively relieve patients'pain,improve the range of motion and function of the shoulder joint,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
