和血明目片联合眼底激光光凝术治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变的效果OA
Effect of Hexue Mingmu Tablets Combined with Fundus Laser Photocoagulation in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Retinopathy
目的:探究和血明目片联合眼底激光光凝术治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床效果及安全性.方法:选取 2024 年 7 月—2025 年 10 月抚州市第一人民医院接诊的 102 例早期 DR 患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各 51 例.对照组单用眼底激光光凝术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上联合和血明目片治疗,两组均持续治疗 3 个月.比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的眼底病变指标[中心凹视网膜厚度(CRT)、黄斑厚度、出血斑面积]、症状改善时间(眼底出血完全吸收时间、视网膜水肿消退时间及渗出物完全吸收时间)及并发症(眼内压升高、玻璃体积血、眼内炎症)发生情况.结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组 CRT、黄斑厚度均较治疗前降低,出血斑面积较治疗前缩小,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组眼底出血完全吸收时间、视网膜水肿消退时间、渗出物完全吸收时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:和血明目片联合眼底激光光凝术治疗早期 DR,可明显提升临床治疗效果,有效改善患者眼底病变表现,加速症状缓解,且未增加并发症发生风险,临床安全性良好.
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with fundus laser photocoagulation in the treatment of early diabetic retinopathy(DR).Method:A total of 102 patients with early DR who were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from July 2024 to October 2025 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fundus laser photocoagulation alone,while the observation group was treated with Hexue Mingmu Tablets in combination with the treatment plan of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,fundus lesion indicators[central retinal thickness(CRT),macular thickness,hemorrhagic spot area]before and after treatment,symptom improvement time(fundus hemorrhage complete absorption time,retinal edema regression time and exudate complete absorption time),and the occurrence of complications(elevated intraocular pressure,vitreous hemorrhage,intraocular inflammation)were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRT and macular thickness in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the area of hemorrhagic spots was smaller than that before treatment,moreover,the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).The complete absorption time of fundus hemorrhage,the regression time of retinal edema and the complete absorption time of exudate in the observation group were all earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined with Hexue Mingmu Tablets and fundus laser photocoagulation for early DR can significantly enhance the clinical therapeutic effect,effectively improve the manifestations of fundus lesions in patients,accelerate symptom relief,and does not increase the risk of complications,with good clinical safety.
