帕博利珠单抗联合TP方案化疗对三阴性乳腺癌患者的影响OA

Objective:To explore the effect of Pembrolizumab combined with Taxanes+Platinum(TP regimen)chemotherapy on patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Method:A total of 80 patients with TNBC who visited Zhangzhou Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2023 to August 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group(Pembrolizumab combined with TP regimen chemotherapy)and the control group(TP regimen chemotherapy)according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Twenty-one days constituted one cycle,and the treatment lasted for four cycles.The therapeutic effects,tumor markers,immune functions and the incidence of toxic and side effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After 4 cycles of treatment,the levels of carbohydrate antigen 15-3(CA15-3),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and CD8+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and the objective response rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of toxic and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pembrolizumab combined with TP regimen chemotherapy has good efficacy in the treatment of TNBC,improving patients'tumor marker levels and immune function without significantly increasing toxic and side effects.
