腹膜透析联合尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠治疗尿毒症患者的临床效果OA

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of peritoneal dialysis combined with retention enema treatment with Niaoduqing Granules in the treatment of uremic patients.Method:A total of 80 uremic patients admitted to Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with retention enema in combination with Niaoduqing Granules on the basis of conventional peritoneal dialysis treatment,while the control group was treated with normal saline enema on the basis of conventional peritoneal dialysis treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for 30 days.The therapeutic effects,24-hour urine volume(24 h UV),urea clearance index(Kt/V),residual renal function(RRF),IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP levels between the two groups were compared.The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period between the two groups were recorded and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h UV,RRF,IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group;however,Kt/V in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of peritoneal dialysis combined with retention enema with Niaoduqing Granules in the treatment of uremic patients is remarkable.It can effectively maintain the residual renal function of uremic patients and reduce inflammatory responses.
