An innovative"ice-breaking"curriculum framework is proposed in this paper,which aims to build a personalized,interactive,and research-oriented curriculum teaching model.The framework employs innovative sessions such as meditation,mind mapping,AI Q&A to foster a relaxed and open learning environment,guiding students to actively learn and cultivate their innovative thinking and abilities.This teaching model emphasizes the experience of research-based education for sustainable development,and focuses on the introduction and optimization of"ice-breaking"courses.The"ice-breaking"curriculum framework proposed in this paper and the practical exploration under its theoretical guidance enriched the approaches and methods for cultivating innovation ability.
