山东省低空物流标准化发展路径研究OACHSSCD

As a core format of the low-altitude economy,low-altitude logistics is a key driver for Shandong Province to cultivate new quality productive forces and build a modern logistics system.This paper systematically analyzes the development status and existing standardization bottlenecks of the low-altitude logistics industry in Shandong Province.It identifies core issues such as an incomplete standards system,lack of key standards,insufficient cross-domain coordination,and weak international influence.Furthermore,it innovatively constructs a six-dimensional integrated development path encompassing policy guidance,standardization research,standards system construction,platform construction,scenario application,and talent cultivation.Corresponding to this path,the paper further designs a phased implementation roadmap,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality,safe,and large-scale development of the low-altitude logistics industry in Shandong Province.
