面向多场景的食品快检室模块化标准体系研究OACHSSCD

Food safety is a critical issue concerning national welfare and the people's livelihood.Rapid food testing technology has become an important method in daily supervision and law enforcement due to its efficiency and convenience.However,research has found that current rapid food testing laboratories commonly face challenges such as insufficient service coverage,limited testing items,and an incomplete management system.To address these issues,this study constructs a modular standards system for rapid food testing laboratories.The system covers core modules including facilities and environment,processes and data,as well as management and quality.Its implementation is promoted through pathways such as pilot promotion,dynamic optimization,intelligent supervision,and social co-governance.The aim is to systematically enhance the standardization level and service efficiency of rapid testing laboratories,thereby providing solid technical and managerial support for food safety supervision.
