The market-oriented reform of sports elements driven by digital technology is an important measure to build a high-quality modern sports econom-ic system.Using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,based on the explanation of the core logic of the market-oriented reform of sports elements driven by digital technology,this study explored the internal mechanism of digital technology driving the market-oriented reform of sports ele-ments from the aspects of data element full chain connectivity,cloud collaborative resource scheduling,and industrial format innovation and upgrading.At the present,lack of data property rights system,imbalanced allocation of digital resources,and lagging governance of emerging business models are practical constraints that hinder the construction of transaction infrastructure,exacerbate the gap in competitive position,and make it difficult to regulate derivative risks.In view of this,the following strategies are proposed:clarify the rules of data ownership and build a solid foundation for the trustworthy circulation of sports elements;Bridge the digital resource gap and promote balanced allocation of sports elements;Innovate a precise governance system to prevent and con-trol the risk of improper application of sports elements.
