高血压患者睡眠质量与慢性病共病情况的关联研究OACHSSCD

This study enrolled patients with hypertension who visited the Shushan District Community Health Service Center in Hefei City in 2025.Data were collected using convenience sampling.Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,and comorbidity information was obtained through medical history surveys.A binary logistic regression analysis was employed to examine the association between sleep quality and comorbidities among community-based hypertensive patients.The results showed the comorbidity detection rate among patients with hypertension was 75.41％.After adjusting for confounding factors,patients with poor or very poor sleep quality exhibited higher comorbidity risks compared to those with excellent sleep quality.A linear increasing trend was observed between sleep quality and comorbidity risk.The findings indicate that poorer sleep quality is associated with higher comorbidity risks among patients with hypertension.Therefore,strengthening sleep management,enhancing awareness of healthy sleep practices,and promptly identifying patients with hypertension who have sleep abnormalities are essential measures to reduce comorbidity risk.
