Environmental management policies and industry development trend of municipal sludge in China
我国市政污泥产生量随城镇化进程加速与污水处理能力提升持续增加,开展市政污泥环境管理政策、技术和行业发展的研究是推动市政污泥规范化环境管理工作的基础.本研究系统梳理了我国市政污泥产生和处理处置现状、现行的环境管理政策体系与实践,分析了我国市政污泥实际管理过程中面临的挑战,阐明了后续市政污泥行业发展趋势,可为我国提升市政污泥规范化环境管理能力和水平提供参考.
With the accelerating urbanization process and the continuous improvement of wastewater treatment capacity in China,municipal sludge production has been steadily increasing.The investigation of municipal sludge environmental management policies,technologies and industry development was the foundation for promoting standardized environmental management of municipal sludge.In this study,the current status of municipal sludge generation,treatment and disposal in China were investigated,as well as the existing environmental management policy framework and practices.In addition,the challenges faced in the actual management of municipal sludge and clarifies future trends in the municipal sludge industry were analyzed.The study was expected to provide references for enhancing China's capacity and level of standardized environmental management of municipal sludge.
