基于浊毒理论探讨自稳态失衡与慢性萎缩性胃炎的关系OA

The homeostasis imbalance caused by turbidity-toxicity in the stomach is one of the important pathogenic mecha-nisms leading to chronic atrophic gastritis.Professor LI Diogui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,has put forward the theo-ry of turbidity-toxicity,and systematically expounds the connotation,material form and the formation reason of turbidity-toxici-ty.The method of eliminating turbidity and detoxifying is a great method proposed by Master LI to treat the syndrome of turbidity-toxicity in the stomach of chronic atrophic gastritis,and it is also an important link to adjust the homeostasis of the body to make it balance.The core of the theory of turbidity-toxicity is to purify the environment in the human body and harmo-nize the disharmony of the body,so that the human body can recover from the state of turbidity-toxicity to a pure state.The pa-tients with chronic atrophic gastritis are in the state of turbidity-toxicity in the stomach,which will lead to the imbalance of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang in the body,and then affect the function of Zang-Fu organs.This is also consistent with the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis after"inflammation-cancer transformation".The imbalance of Qi,blood and Yin and Yang in the body corresponds to the imbalance of body homeostasis,which leads to the further development of Zang-Fu organs dysfunction or"in-flammation-cancer transformation".Through the theory of homeostasis imbalance to explain the turbidity-toxicity of chronic a-trophic gastritis,it not only broadens the new definition of"inflammation-cancer transformation",but also provides a new idea for clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
