复元活血汤配合自然铜丸、磁疗对老年桡骨远端骨折患者VAS评分及血清胶原、miR-188、miR-206表达的影响OA

Objective To investigate the effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction(复元活血汤)combined with natural copper pills and magnetic therapy on the pain degree(VAS)score and the expressions of serum collagen,miR-188 and miR-206 in the elderly patients with distal radius fractures.Methods This study collected 123 elderly patients with distal radius fractures who re-ceived treatment in the hospital from May 2021 to January 2024.They were randomly divided into three groups,with 41 patients in each group.All 3 groups received internal fixation treatment.After operation,control group A was treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction,control group B was treated with natural copper pills and magnetic therapy,and the observation group was treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with natural copper pills and magnetic therapy.The callus score,fracture healing time,pain degree,swelling index,the serum levels of type I collagen-related indicators[type I collagen amino terminal propeptide(PINP),type I collagen carboxy terminal peptide β special sequence(β-CTX)],D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(FIB),miR-188 and miR-206 and improved Mayo wrist function score before and after treatment of the three groups were observed and compared.Results The callus score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group A and B,and the fracture healing time was shorter than that of the control group A and B(P＜0.05).The comparison between control group A and B had no significant difference(P＞0.05).After 1 and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control groups A and B,and the swelling index was higher than that of the control groups A and B(P＜0.05).The comparison between control group A and B had no significant difference(P＞0.05).After 1 and 4 weeks of treatment,the expressions of FIB,D-D,miR-188 and miR-206 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group A and B,and the levels of PINP andβ-CTX were higher than those in the control group A and B(P＜0.05).The comparison between control group A and B had no significant difference(P＞0.05).The modified Mayo wrist function of the observation group was higher than that of the control group A and B at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference compared with those of the control group A and B(P＞0.05).Conclusion Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction,natural copper pills and magnetic therapy for the eld-erly patients with distal radius fractures after surgery can significantly reduce the swelling of the patients and improve the coagula-tion function and wrist joint function,reduce the VAS score and the expressions of miR-188 and miR-206,increase the serum collagen-related index level and the quality of the callus,and shorten the healing time of fractures.The effect is more signifi-cant.
