基于五脏瘀热角度观察温经汤加减在促进人流术后内膜修复与减少并发症中的作用OA

Objective To analyze the effect of Modified Wenjing Decoction(温经汤加减)on promoting endometrial repair and reducing complications after abortion based on the perspective of blood stasis and heat in five Zang-organs.Methods A total of 100 gynecological cases meeting the diagnosis and inclusion criteria in Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to July 2024 were included,and randomly divided into a traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(35 cases),a Western medicine treatment group(35 cases),and a blank group(30 cases).The Western medicine group was treated with Fen-morton combined intrauterine drug administration,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Wenjing Decoction combined intrauterine drug administration.In the blank group,there was no other treatment plan except conventional antibiotics for infection prevention.The treatment effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,vaginal bleeding time,menstrual rehy-dration time,endometrial thickness,uterine artery blood flow parameters,changes in estrogen and progesterone and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine treatment was 97.14％(34/35),much higher than that of the Western medicine group(80.00％,28/35)and the blank group(66.67％,20/30),with signif-icant differences among groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine group had lower scores for prolonged menstrual cycly,reduced menstrual flow,shortened menstrual period and three traditional Chinese medicine symptoms compared to the control group.The vaginal bleeding time and menstrual recovery time were shorter than those of the Western medicine group and the blank group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that of the Western medicine group and the blank group(P＜0.05).The levels of PSV and PI indicators in the traditional Chinese medicine group increased,while RI decreased,and were better than those in the western medicine group and the blank group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 2.86％(1/35),lower than 5.71％(2/35)in the Western medicine group and 6.67％(2/30)in the blank group,with significant differences among the groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on blood stasis and heat in five Zang-organs,the treatment of Wenjing Decoction can improve the symptoms of the patients after abortion,short-en the postoperative vaginal bleeding time,promote endometrial repair,adjust the levels of estrogen and progesterone,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as uterine adhesions,which has high application value.
