第二期"双高计划"建设背景下高职院校企业教师核心能力研究OA

Under the context of the second phase"double-high plan"construction,which aims to promote the deep industry-education integration in vocational education and build a high-level"dual-qualified"teaching team,enterprises'teachers in higher vocational colleges serve as a key link connecting frontline industry practices with campus classrooms.Their core competencies directly influence the quality of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Elements such as curriculum ideological and political education competency,technical instruction competency,industry-education collaboration competency,and digital-intelligence application competency constitute the key pillars of the core competency system for enterprise teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on this framework,a core competency indicator system for these teachers is constructed.To further enhance their core competencies,it is essential to build a competency collaboration network to strengthen systematic integration effectiveness;optimize dynamic adaptation mechanisms to improve ecological responsiveness;establish an industry-education service capability framework to promote synergistic development and dynamic progression;and accelerate digital transformation to construct an innovation paradigm empowered by digital intelligence.
