产教融合培养县域高素质人才的现实困境与突围路径OA

Industry-education integration is a core pathway for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in county-level regions,and also a key guarantee for the high-quality development of county-level secondary vocational education under the background of building a powerful education country.At present,the industry-education integration in county-level secondary vocational schools still faces prominent problems:the absence of a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation,the mismatch between professional teaching contents and vocational standards,insufficient post-adaptability of students,and the lack of on-site practical experience among teachers.Taking the Elevator Installation,Maintenance and Repair major of Liyang Secondary Vocational School in Jiangsu Province as a typical case,this paper sorts out and analyzes its practical exploration process,and puts forward targeted breakthrough paths for high-quality talent cultivation through industry-education integration:firstly,consolidate the dual-subject status of enterprises and schools,and construct a long-term industry-education integration mechanism led by government,linking schools,connecting industries and participating enterprises;secondly,optimize the county-specific industry-education integrated talent cultivation model,and build a systematic talent cultivation system fully aligned with post competency standards;thirdly,innovate the joint classroom teaching mode between schools and enterprises,and create integrated teaching and training classrooms to effectively improve students'post adaptation ability;fourthly,realize collaborative teacher cultivation between industry and education to optimize the structure of the teaching team,and smooth the two-way sharing and co-cultivation channel for teachers among schools,industry associations and enterprises in the county.
