多场域协同培养县域制造业人才的空间社会学审视OA

The current cultivation of manufacturing talents in county regions faces practical dilemmas,including difficulties in attracting talents,weak training mechanisms,and challenges in retaining skilled workers.These issues stem from the fragmentation and functional misalignment of talent cultivation spaces.By applying the theoretical lens of spatial sociology,this study constructs a tripartite spatial framework encompassing physical space,social space,and spiritual space.Based on this framework,it proposes a collaborative cultivation model integrating four fields:learning,profession,entrepreneurship and locality.The study further outlines practical pathways that transition from unitary spaces to differentiated functional layouts,from independent operation to field-coordinated collaboration,and from static structures to sustained reproduction.By restructuring the spatial problem configuration of talent cultivation,this approach addresses the spatial root causes of talent development,thereby providing a systemic talent support system for the high-quality development of manufacturing industries in county regions.
