高职院校县域办学与中国式县域现代化融合共生的逻辑机理及实现路径OA

The integration and symbiosis of county-level higher vocational education with Chinese-style county modernization is undergirded by well-defined theoretical,policy and practical logics.These logics are mutually reinforcing and dialectically unified,together forming a complete logical system that grounds this integration and symbiosis.In its practical implementation,however,this integration and symbiosis still encounters systematic and structural challenges:insufficient institutional supply and sluggish collaborative governance;limited resource support and a lack of long-term investment mechanisms;shallow industry-education integration and weak supply-demand alignment;and a lag in cultural identity coupled with misaligned value pursuits.This integration and symbiosis constitutes a complex,systematic endeavor.It requires innovating and refining the institutional framework to foster a governance environment conducive to diverse and integrated symbiotic development;establishing a sound long-term mechanism for diversified and coordinated investment to strengthen the sustainable development capacity of both the higher vocational institutions and the counties;building a precise county-level matching system based on"dual-chain coupling and four-dimensional synergy";and reshaping a county-grounded cultural identity to construct a value community dedicated to serving county modernization.
