区域产业转型升级背景下高职专业结构优化:作用机理、现实困境与推进策略OA

Based on the five dimensions of specialty structure including category,level,scale,space and correlation,this paper constructs an analytical chain of"industrial structure change,industrial chain and technology chain adjustment,vocational post reorganization,talent demand change,and specialty structure optimization".The upgrading of industrial structure promotes the remodeling of specialty categories and training levels,the clustering of industrial organizations promotes the adjustment of specialty groups and spatial layout,the integration of industrial forms promotes the reconstruction of specialty boundaries and training connotations,and the iteration of industrial technology promotes the transformation of specialty setting from periodic adjustment to dynamic adaptation.At present,there are still problems in the specialty structure of higher vocational education,such as the structural mismatch between specialty layout and regional industrial demands,the organizational disconnection between specialty groups and industrial clusters,the lag of specialty connotation update behind technology iteration,and the imperfect governance mechanism of specialty adjustment.Based on this,the optimization of higher vocational specialty structure should strengthen the overall regional planning and improve the collaborative governance mechanism of specialty layout;connect with regional industrial clusters and optimize the specialty groups and resource allocation methods;connect the industrial chain,technology chain and talent chain to deepen the construction of specialty connotation;improve the mechanisms of monitoring and early warning,evaluation and feedback,and resource adjustment,form a closed loop of dynamic specialty adjustment,improve the adaptability between the supply of technical and skilled talents and the development of regional industries,and enhance the ability of higher vocational education to serve the transformation and upgrading of regional industries.
