教学竞赛赋能高职院校思政课教学的作用机制、现实梗阻与优化路径OA

Teaching competitions serve as a critical carrier to promote the quality and efficiency of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.Their empowering effects are not generated by a single link,but forms a complete action chain that runs through teacher development,classroom optimization,teaching reform and education quality improvement.This chain is constructed through four core stages:aligning with standardized teaching requirements before the competition,presenting high-quality teaching contents during the competition,conducting targeted reflection and improvement after the competition,and promoting the transformation and application of competition outcomes.At present,although the teaching competitions for ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges have achieved certain phased results,there still exist prominent practical constraints.These constraints mainly include the deviation of value orientation,the imbalance between competition preparation and daily teaching,insufficient precision of knowledge supply,inadequate depth of theoretical interpretation,weak humanistic care in education practice,and limited transformation and radiation effect of competition outcomes.To address these issues,the empowering mechanism should be improved from four dimensions of"scenario building,time coordination,moderate arrangement and high efficiency".Specifically,it is required to clarify the education-oriented positioning of competitions,scientifically arrange the time allocation between competitions and routine teaching,enhance the precision,theoretical depth and emotional warmth of teaching contents,and establish a sound system covering competition resources sharing,demonstration promotion,evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
