真丝/锦纶交织面料的防晒与热湿舒适性能研究OA
Research on the Sun Protection and Thermal-Moisture Comfort Properties of Silk/Nylon Interwoven Fabric
为开发柔软亲肤的舒适型防晒面料,本研究以真丝作为经纱,真丝和抗紫外锦纶丝为纬纱,将织物组织结构、纬纱密度和纬纱中锦纶丝含量作为变化因子,织造 3 组共 23 种试样,通过实验测试与数据分析,探究上述因子对织物防紫外性能和热湿舒适性的影响.结果表明:不同投纬比和不同纬密的两组织物中,当其他条件相同时,织物UPF值和接触凉感性能均与纬纱锦纶含量、纬密呈正相关,织物透湿性能与纬纱锦纶含量、纬密呈负相关;不同组织结构系列织物中,2/3斜纹的抗紫外性能和透湿性能最好,5枚缎纹的接触凉感性能最好.
To develop a soft,skin-friendly,and comfortable sun-protective fabric,silk was employed as the warp yarn,while the weft yarn consisted of silk combined with a UV-resistant nylon filament.Three sets of fabrics,comprising a total of 23 samples,were woven by manipulating key variables:fabric structure,weft density,and the content of nylon filament in the weft yarn.The effects of these variables on ultraviolet(UV)protection performance and thermal-wet comfort properties were subsequently investigated through experimental testing and data analysis.The results indicated that,under identical conditions,both the Ultraviolet Protection Factor(UPF)and contact cool feeling values showed a positive correlation with both nylon content and weft density.In contrast,moisture permeability demonstrated a negative correlation with these two parameters.Among the different weave structures evaluated,the 2/3 twill weave exhibited optimal UV protection and moisture permeability.Conversely,the 5-end satin weave demonstrated the most favorable contact cool feeling.
