血栓弹力图及凝血功能指标在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者病情评估中的价值OA

Objective To investigate the changes in thrombelastogram(TEG)and coagulation function indicators in the blood of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP),and to identify effective indicators for assessing disease severity in these patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with ICP who delivered at Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health care Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected as observation group,while 80 healthy pregnant women during the same period served as control group.The levels of TEG parameters and various coagulation function indicators were compared between two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was employed to investigate the correlation between TEG parameters,coagulation function indicators,and the severity of ICP in patients.Results Alpha angle(α angle),maximum clot strength/hardness(MA value),fibrinogen(FIB)levels,and D-dimer levels were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Additionally,α angle,MA value,FIB levels,and D-dimer levels showed positive correlation with the severity of disease in ICP patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy pregnant women,patients with ICP exhibit abnormal coagulation function,with significant deviations in α angle,MA values,FIB levels,and D-dimer levels.Monitoring these parameters facilitates can help the assessment of disease severity in ICP patients.
